The 4ALL universal plug with a diameter of 8 mm and a length of 65 mm is a nylon expansion element that works in every type of building material - from concrete to plasterboard. The four-way expansion of the sleeve allows for application in any type of substrate.

Construction and materials

Made of high-quality nylon (PA), it guarantees resistance to aging and changing weather conditions. The material maintains its mechanical properties for many years of use, without degrading under the influence of moisture or temperature.

The sleeve's split line is designed to achieve maximum contact surface area when tightened in hollow substrates and plasterboard. This solution increases the load capacity of the fastening in lower-density materials.

Anti-rotation wings prevent the plug from spinning during installation and strengthen grip across a wide spectrum of substrates, especially in soft masonry materials and plasterboard.

The internal geometry facilitates stable screw guidance, which eliminates the risk of "stripping" or damaging the thread. The ribbed surface of the sleeve further improves anchoring in the mounting hole.

Application and compatibility

The versatility of this plug allows it to be used practically in all types of building materials: concrete (standard and cellular), solid and hollow brick, solid and hollow silicate, aerated concrete, plasterboard, and natural stone.

Operating parameters and safety

The plug requires a mounting hole with a diameter of 8 mm - identical to the diameter of the element itself - which simplifies the drilling process. The minimum hole depth should be 75 mm, while the anchoring depth is a full 65 mm.

Screws with a diameter of 4.5-6.0 mm are recommended, with a minimum length of 70 mm. Such a selection of parameters guarantees optimal performance of the expansion system.

The minimum substrate thickness must be at least 98 mm, and the minimum spacing between fastening points is 130 mm. Similarly, the minimum distance from the edge of the material cannot be less than 130 mm.

The four-way expansion of the sleeve after tightening with the fastening element increases grip also in low-density substrates.
