Channel heater – efficient heating with discreet heat distribution

The QUATTROVENT channel heating set is an ideal solution for anywhere where efficiency, discreet installation and precise temperature control are important. This model, with a length of 2750 mm, is designed to work with ventilation and air conditioning systems, providing thermal comfort without taking up valuable space in the room. Thanks to the use of a copper-aluminum heat exchanger and a fan, the heater offers high performance even with low supply temperatures.

Construction and application

The QUATTROVENT channel heater consists of a heat exchanger, a galvanized tub with an aluminum frame and a 230V fan. This design allows for installation in shallow heating ducts, which is particularly important in limited spaces, e.g. between ceilings. The set is complete and also includes an air vent and a mounting-stabilizing set for the tub. Designed for use in central heating systems, it is ideal for single-family homes, apartments and commercial buildings.

Key structural features:

• Copper-aluminum heat exchanger: Provides high heat exchange efficiency and corrosion resistance. Copper and aluminum are a combination of durability and good thermal conductivity.
• Fan: Enables dynamic control of heating power – three operating speeds to choose from (53%, 77% and 100% efficiency). This allows you to adjust the heating intensity to current needs and weather conditions.
• Galvanized tub with aluminum frame: Provides durability and an aesthetic appearance. The RAL 9005 (matt black) paint coating protects against corrosion and gives the device an elegant character.
• Compact dimensions: A depth of only 100 mm allows installation in places with limited space.
• GW ¾’’ eurocone connection: Enables easy connection to the central heating installation.

Operating parameters and performance

The QUATTROVENT 100/2750/230V heater is characterized by a heating power of 5139 W (according to EN 442 standard at temperatures of 20°C - 75/65°C). This ensures efficient heating even of larger rooms. Low thermal inertia (lightweight construction) allows for a quick response to changes in heat demand, which translates into energy savings. The working pressure is 1.5 MPa, and the maximum operating temperature is 110°C – this ensures safe and reliable operation of the system for a long time. The power consumption of the fan itself ranges from 6 to 18 W depending on the selected operating speed.
