Modern heating with Dubel DSD radiators

The Dubel DSD radiator is a copper-aluminum alternative to traditional three-plate steel radiators. It is perfect for rooms with increased heating demand, and its construction ensures efficient heating even in systems powered by low-temperature sources, such as a heat pump or condensing boiler. Thanks to the use of copper and aluminum, the radiator is corrosion-resistant and characterized by a long service life.

Construction and performance

Dubel radiators are distinguished by a doubled width compared to standard Sollarius models, which allows for high efficiency while maintaining compact dimensions. The construction is based on two parallel connected Sollarius radiator bodies, enclosed in a common housing. Inside there are horizontal copper pipes connected to vertical collective manifolds, and aluminum fins are mounted on them, creating a heat exchange surface. The connection between copper and aluminum is dry contact, eliminating the risk of electrochemical corrosion. Thanks to this connection and the large heat exchange surface, the radiator heats up quickly and efficiently transfers heat to the room.

• Quick installation: Low weight (7.6 kg) makes installation easier even on walls with a light structure (e.g. plasterboard). The set includes all necessary mounting elements: hangers, expansion bolts, screws, as well as gaskets and O-rings.
• Energy efficiency: Small water capacity (0.86 l) translates to low thermal inertia and a quick response to temperature changes controlled by the boiler automation.
• Durability: The use of copper and aluminum guarantees corrosion resistance and long device life – the manufacturer offers a 25-year warranty for standard climate facilities and 10 years for facilities with increased humidity.
• Comfort of use: Equipped with an air vent and valve plug, it provides convenient use and easy maintenance. The integrated thermostatic valve allows for precise temperature control in the room.
• Aesthetics: Flat top cover protects against mechanical damage and gives the radiator a modern look. Available in white (RAL 9003), and the possibility of ordering in any color from the RAL palette (for an additional fee).
• Safety: The maximum working pressure is 1.5 bar, and the radiator has a 1/2 inch threaded connection (internal thread).
