Electromagnetic relay for demanding applications

This miniature industrial relay, designed for plug-in socket mounting, is a reliable solution for controlling electrical circuits. Its compact dimensions (27.5 x 21.2 x 35.6 mm) allow for easy integration even in limited spaces. This relay is particularly useful in applications requiring frequent switching and high reliability.

Construction and functionality

The relay construction is based on two switching contacts (2P), which allows control of two independent circuits. Contact outputs (11(9), 12(1), 14(5), 41(12), 42(4), 44(8)) provide flexibility in connection to the installation. The relay is adapted to work with a coil supply voltage of 24 V DC (outputs A1(13) and A2(14)). Thanks to the use of AgNi material on the contacts, it ensures good conductivity and wear resistance.

Parameters and applications

The relay allows safe switching of circuits with a current of up to 12 A at 250 V AC (AC1) and 12 A at 24 V DC (DC1). It has a mechanical indicator W, facilitating visual control of the relay status, a test button T with locking function for quick diagnostics, and a diode D indicating the coil activation status. Protection class IP40 provides protection against ingress of solid objects. It is compatible with sockets: GZT2, GZM2, GZP2, SU4/2D, SU4/2L and G4/2 which facilitates replacement and modernization of existing installations. It will be useful in industrial automation, building management systems and everywhere where reliable galvanic isolation and control of circuits with different voltages are required.
