Industrial electromagnetic relay – reliable protection and control

This miniature RELPOL R2N-2012-23-5110-WT electromagnetic relay is designed for mounting in plug-in sockets, making installation and replacement easy. Designed for demanding industrial applications, it provides effective switching of electrical circuits. Its compact dimensions (27.5 x 21.2 x 35.6 mm) allow for efficient use of space in control cabinets and switchgear.

Construction and application

This relay has two changeover contacts (2P), which means it can simultaneously switch two circuits on and off. The contacts made of AgNi (silver nickel) guarantee high conductivity and wear resistance, ensuring long-term reliability. The relay is adapted to work with AC and DC circuits – the rated AC current is 12A at 250V, and DC – 12A at 24V. The coil voltage is 110V AC. The built-in test button T with locking function allows easy checking of the relay's operation without having to disconnect it from the circuit. Additionally, the mechanical indicator W informs about the on/off state of the relay.

The relay is used in industrial automation, control systems, heating and lighting devices, and anywhere reliable switching of electrical circuits is required. It is compatible with popular sockets: GZT2, GZM2, GZP2, SU4/2D, SU4/2L and G4/2 – which ensures wide integration possibilities with existing installations. The IP40 protection class protects against the ingress of solid objects larger than 1mm.
