Electromagnetic relay for industrial applications

This miniature electromagnetic relay from the R3N series, manufactured by RELPOL, is designed for mounting in plug-in sockets. Its compact dimensions (27.5 x 21.2 x 35.6 mm) allow for efficient use of space in control cabinets and switchboards. This relay is used in a wide range of electrical installations and industrial automation.

Construction and operating parameters

The relay is characterized by three switching contacts (3P), which allows for controlling various circuits. Contacts made of AgNi provide good conductivity and wear resistance. The contact load is 10 A at 250 V AC and 10 A at 24 V DC. A 12 V DC coil with any polarity ensures reliable operation. A mechanical indicator W, a red LED L, and a test button T with a lock facilitate diagnostics and operation. The IP40 protection class guarantees protection against the ingress of solid objects larger than 1 mm.

Mounting and compatibility

The relay is designed for mounting in GZT3 or GZM3 plug-in sockets, which facilitates its replacement and maintenance. Terminals A1(13) - A2(14) for the coil and contact terminals (11(7)-12(1)-14(4), 21(8)-22(2)-24(5), 31(9)-32(3)-34(6)) provide convenient connection to the electrical installation. The coil resistance is 160Ω, and the coil power consumption is 0.9W. Operation at temperatures from -40°C to 70°C allows it to be used in harsh industrial conditions.
