Electromagnetic relay for socket

This miniature industrial relay, designed for mounting in a socket, is a reliable solution for a variety of applications. Its compact dimensions (27.5 x 21.2 x 35.6 mm) allow for efficient use of space inside control cabinets and switchgear. The relay width is 21.2 mm.

Construction and operating parameters

The relay has three changeover contacts (3P), providing versatility in control applications. The outputs are configured as follows: 11(7)-12(1)-14(4), 21(8)-22(2)-24(5), 31(9)-32(3)-34(6). The relay is designed to work with AC1 loads up to 10 A at 250 V and DC1 loads up to 10 A at 24 V. The coil is powered by 110 V DC, and its polarity is arbitrary – which simplifies installation. Coil connections are A1(13) - A2(14).

Functionality and safety

The relay is equipped with a mechanical indicator W and a test button T with a locking function, which facilitates diagnostics and maintenance. Additionally, an LED indicates the on state, and a surge suppression diode protects against damage caused by sudden voltage increases. The IP40 protection class provides protection against the ingress of solid objects larger than 1 mm. The contact made of AgNi (silver nickel) guarantees good conductivity and wear resistance.

Compatibility and application

The relay is compatible with sockets from the GZT3 and GZM3 series. Thanks to its parameters and construction, it is ideal for use in industrial automation, lighting control, HVAC systems and other applications requiring reliable switching of electrical circuits.
