Industrial electromagnetic relay – reliable circuit protection

This miniature electromagnetic relay, designed for mounting in plug-in sockets, is a robust solution for a wide range of industrial applications. Designed to work with AC and DC loads, it provides effective protection of electrical installations against overload and short circuit. Its compact dimensions (27.5 x 21.2 x 35.6 mm) allow for easy integration even in limited space.

Construction and functionality

The R3N-2013-23-1220-WTLD relay is equipped with three changeover contacts (3P), which allows for controlling various circuits. Contacts made of AgNi ensure good conductivity and durability. Lead-outs of the contacts facilitate connection to the electrical installation. A 220 V DC coil ensures reliable operation. Additionally, the relay has a mechanical operation indicator (W), an LED (L) indicating the operating status, and a test button (T) with a lock – facilitating functionality checks and diagnostics. The IP40 protection class guarantees protection against the ingress of solid objects larger than 1 mm.

Applications and compatibility

This relay is used in industrial automation, lighting control, alarm systems and anywhere reliable switching of electrical circuits is required. It is compatible with sockets from the GZT3 and GZM3 series, which facilitates the replacement and modernization of existing installations. Operation in the temperature range from -40°C to 70°C makes it suitable for use in harsh environmental conditions. The relay is designed to operate with AC1 current up to 10 A at 250 V and DC1 current up to 10 A at 24 V.
