Electromagnetic relay for automation and control

This miniature electromagnetic relay, designed for mounting in plug-in sockets, is a reliable solution for a variety of industrial applications. Construction and functionality

The relay is characterized by four switching contacts (4P), which allows for controlling various circuits. The contact outputs are clearly marked (11(9)-12(1)-14(5), 21(10)-22(2)-24(6), 31(11)-32(3)-34(7), 41(12)-42(4)-44(8)), which facilitates installation and servicing. The relay is adapted to work with AC (6 A / 250 V) and DC (6 A / 24 V) circuits, offering flexibility in choosing the supply voltage. The coil with a voltage of 12 V AC is connected using outputs A1(13) - A2(14).

Additionally, the relay is equipped with a mechanical indicator W and a red LED indicator L, which signals the coil activation status. A practical test button T with a locking function allows for quick verification of the relay's operation without the need to interfere with the control circuit. The IP40 protection class guarantees protection against the ingress of solid objects larger than 1 mm, which increases its durability and reliability in industrial environments. The AgNi contact ensures good conductivity and corrosion resistance.

Compatibility and application

The relay is compatible with a wide range of plug-in sockets: GZT4, GZM4, GZ4, GS4, GZP4, SU4D, SU4L and G4 – which gives a great freedom of choice of components.
