Relay socket – quick mounting and reliability
GZP80 is a socket with Push-in technology, designed to work with RM84, RM85, RM85 inrush, RM85 105°C sensitive, RM87L, RM87L sensitive, RM87P, RM87P sensitive, RMP84 and RMP85 relay series. This is an ideal solution for both professional installers and end-users who value speed and convenience of installation. Push-in technology eliminates the need for tools when connecting wires – just press the wire into the terminal.
Versatility and electrical parameters
The GZP80 socket offers flexibility in terms of applications thanks to the possibility of configuring one or two current paths. One current path withstands a load of up to 12 A at 300 V AC, while two current paths up to 8 A at the same voltage. A 5 mm pitch ensures compatibility with a wide range of relays and allows for dense packing of elements in control cabinets. This means that one socket can handle different circuits with different current requirements.
Mounting and accessories
GZP80 can be mounted on a standard 35 mm rail (according to PN-EN 60715 standard) or directly on a plate using a single M3 screw. Dedicated release clips (GZP80-0400, GZT80-0040) and spring wire clips (GZM80-0041, GZ80-1001) are available to facilitate wire removal. In addition, the socket is compatible with M... type signaling and surge protection modules, allowing for system functionality expansion. The maximum wire cross-section is 2 x 1.5 mm² without an insulated ferrule or 2 x 1 mm² with an insulated ferrule. The length of the stripped wire part should be from 8 to 10 mm. The dimensions of the socket are 97 x 15.9 x 45.9(75.8) mm and its weight is only 46g.
