This 1-inch backwash filter is a reliable solution for protecting water installations and connected devices from mechanical impurities. Solid construction for long-term operation
The filter housing made of dezincification resistant brass (DZR) guarantees high corrosion resistance and long-term reliability, even in difficult conditions. The stainless steel filter cartridge ensures durability and filtration efficiency. Additionally, the filter cup made of polyamide (PA) is resistant to mechanical damage. The filter operates in a temperature range from 2 to 40°C and withstands working pressure up to 16 bar, making it a universal solution for various applications. A pressure gauge allows for continuous monitoring of the filter condition and optimization of its operation.
Easy installation and maintenance
The filter has a standard 1-inch tapered BSPT-R (ISO 7-1 / EN 10226-1) external gas thread, which facilitates its integration with the existing water installation. The drain (outlet) option makes it easier to drain water during maintenance or backwashing. The nominal flow rate of 7.5 m³/h ensures comfortable use even with high water demand, and the Kvs value of 9.8 confirms the high filter throughput. Horizontal mounting ensures stability and easy access to service elements. NBR seals guarantee the tightness of connections. In addition, the product is covered by a 5-year warranty from the date of manufacture, which proves its high quality and reliability.
