Backwash filter – reliable installation protection

This backwash filter is a solid solution for protecting water installations from mechanical impurities. Equipped with a 50-micron mesh, it effectively stops sand, rust and other sediments, ensuring clean water and extending the life of appliances. The design allows for regular backwashing, which removes accumulated impurities and maintains high filter throughput.

Construction and application

The filter is made of high-quality materials – a body made of dezincification resistant brass (DZR) guarantees durability and corrosion resistance. The stainless steel filter cartridge ensures reliable operation for a long time. Designed to operate at temperatures from 2°C to 40°C and at a maximum working pressure of 16 bar, it will work in most domestic and industrial water installations. The use of external BSPT-R (ISO 7-1 / EN 10226-1) threads facilitates installation and integration with the existing system. Additionally, the presence of a drain valve allows for easy emptying of the filter during maintenance or repair.
