Filters water continuously – even during cleaning

The backflush filter F76S-2AD operates without interruption: during the screen cleaning cycle, water continues to flow through the upper section of the filter, maintaining supply to the installation. This solution eliminates the need to shut down the system during maintenance – ideal for installations where continuous supply is critical.

The filter cartridge, made of stainless steel with 200 µm mesh openings, effectively traps rust, sand, hemp fibers, and other foreign particles. This protects pumps, valves, and end-use devices from damage caused by contaminants. The cartridge is replaceable – only the filter element needs to be changed, not the entire housing.

Double Spin technology – cleaning without losses

The backflush system based on "Double Spin" technology operates automatically: upon opening the drain valve, the internal rotor begins to rotate, and water at high pressure (minimum 1.5 bar) flushes contaminants from the screen surface. Cleaning covers both the upper and lower filter segments simultaneously, enabling rapid and efficient removal of deposits with minimal water consumption.

A special adjustment ring on the housing indicates when the next backflush is recommended – no need to guess whether the filter is "clogged". The transparent plastic housing allows for quick visual inspection of contamination levels without disassembly.

Construction for long service life

The housing is made of dezincification-resistant brass (DZR), ensuring corrosion resistance even during extended use. NBR (nitrile butadiene rubber) seals are suitable for temperatures ranging from 2 to 40 °C – ideal for potable water installations. With a maximum working pressure of 16 bar (PN 16) and a pressure drop of only 0.5 bar at a nominal flow rate of 16.5 m³/h, the filter does not burden the system.

BSPT-R threaded connections (ISO 7-1 / EN 10226-1) enable easy installation without additional adapters. Installation must be horizontal only – the housing must be positioned so that the drain points downward.

The ball valve and 50 mm drain allow for rapid and complete water discharge during cleaning. A pressure gauge (0–16 bar) displays the actual pressure before and after the filter – helpful for troubleshooting.

A 5-year warranty from the date of manufacture confirms the durability of the construction – this is not a component replaced every few years. It is a decade-long investment.
