Backflush filter with threaded connections, 3/4 inch, 200 micron mesh F76S-3/4AD
Filters water continuously – even during cleaning
The F76S-3/4AD backflushing filter operates continuously, even while cleaning itself. Contaminants – from rust to sand – are trapped by a stainless steel mesh with a 200 µm mesh size and then flushed out via a patented rotor system, without interrupting the flow. This means: no interruptions in water supply, even with frequent cleaning.
Durable construction
The housing is made of dezincification-resistant brass (DZR), ensuring corrosion resistance in potable water installations. The filter cartridge and seals (NBR) are designed for operation at temperatures from 2 to 40 °C – ideal for domestic and commercial systems. The pressure gauge on the housing indicates pressure drop – when it exceeds 0.5 bar at a flow rate of 5.5 m³/h, it signals that backflushing is required. No guessing needed.
Installation and maintenance – simple and proven
BSPT-R threaded connections (3/4 inch) enable quick installation in existing systems. The filter must be installed horizontally only – as specified by the manufacturer – and requires no additional components. The drain valve allows easy emptying of the housing before maintenance, while the transparent polyamide bowl cover enables visual inspection of the filter condition without opening the system. All this works without external automation – but can be connected to a control system.
5-year warranty – not just marketing
The manufacturer offers a 5-year warranty from the date of production – meaning the design is intended for long-term operation. There are no "cheap" materials or "approximate" parameters here: maximum operating pressure up to 16 bar, Kvs=7.2, nominal flow rate 5.5 m³/h – all these are technically verified values, not theoretical calculations.
Who is it for?
For the installer: no need to replace the filter every few months. For the end user: no clogged taps or damaged equipment (e.g., boilers, pumps) due to contaminants. This is not just a "water filter" – it is a system component that protects the entire installation.
