Functionality and Application

The VWS02Y015EE kit is an ideal solution for single-family homes, apartments, public utility facilities, and rental properties. The system can be expanded with additional leak and freeze sensors (L1 and W1) and cable sensors up to 150 meters long, creating an extensive monitoring network.

The included cable sensor detects moisture along its entire length (1.5 m), increasing the effectiveness of leak detection in hard-to-reach places. If a problem is detected, the valve will automatically close – regardless of whether the leak was signaled by the cable sensor or a paired Resideo L1 leak/freeze sensor.
