Comprehensive rainwater harvesting solution

This package is a ready-to-use solution for efficient rainwater collection and utilization, ideal for both installers and end-users. The system based on TWINBLOC tanks provides a large capacity – up to 10 m³, allowing you to collect a significant amount of water, reducing the consumption of tap water for garden irrigation, toilet flushing, or laundry. The construction of two connected 5000-liter tanks each facilitates transport and installation in places with limited access.

Construction and equipment

The tanks made of durable polyethylene (PE) are characterized by high resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage. The cylindrical design ensures stability and optimal use of space. The package includes everything necessary for the proper functioning of the system:

• DN 100 overflow siphon: Protects against tank overflow and access for small animals.
• Telescopic inspection shaft: Allows easy access to the inside of the tank for inspection and maintenance, and its construction can withstand a load of up to 200 kg.
• Water intake system with float switch: Automatically regulates the water level in the tank, ensuring continuous access to resources.
• Calmed inlet: Minimizes turbulence during water pouring, preventing disturbance of sediment at the bottom of the tank.
• Flow filter: Protects the pump and installation from contaminants, effectively cleaning the water from leaves, branches and other debris from the roof area up to 150 m².

Rainwater control unit – the heart of the system

The package also includes a rainwater control unit equipped with an ASPRI 15-4 pump and a water level indicator. The control unit draws water from the underground tank and pumps it into the internal rainwater installation in the building, allowing the use of collected water for various purposes. The ASPRI 15-4 pump ensures efficient operation:

• Maximum head: 42 m
• Maximum flow rate: 3.5 m³/h
• Maximum suction height: 3 m
• Maximum suction hose length: 15 m

Thanks to this, the system is versatile and can be adapted to different installation conditions. The level indicator allows you to monitor the amount of collected water and plan its use on an ongoing basis.
