This high-performance propane torch from Rothenberger is an indispensable tool for both installers and those involved in the self-assembly of heating and refrigeration systems. It provides precise and efficient operation during the hard and soft soldering of copper and steel pipes. The torch reaches a flame temperature of up to 2200°C without the use of additional oxygen, making it versatile in application.

Design and performance

The key to high performance is the turbine, which increases the amount of air drawn into the combustion chamber. This causes 4-5 times swirling of the flame, which translates into stable and intense heat. This makes it possible to effectively solder pipes with a diameter of up to 54 mm (soft soldering) and up to 28 mm (hard soldering). The torch is also economical with gas thanks to a precise valve that minimizes its consumption during operation. In addition, a shut-off valve prevents uncontrolled gas leakage, increasing safety.
