The SUPERTRONIC 4 SE threader features a double vise that stabilizes the workpiece, as well as automatic coolant feed (threading oil), which extends the life of the cutting tools and improves thread quality. Easy chip removal thanks to a special tray and quick blade and head changes are additional advantages that translate into working comfort. The ability to thread in one or two stages increases the flexibility of the device. Operation using a wing nut ensures full ergonomics, safety and convenience for the operator.

Equipment and Applications

The threading machine kit includes two automatic BSPT heads (1/2 - 2" and 2 1/2 - 4") and a set of SS dies (1/2 - 3/4", 1 - 2", 2 1/2 - 4"). Additionally, the device is compatible with ROGROOVER groovers and NIPPLE MAX nipple making devices, expanding its range of applications. The threader is suitable for use on construction sites, during renovations, in industry and in installation work. For optimal operation, it is recommended to use high-quality Rothenberger RONOL or RONOL SYN threading oils. An optional transport trolley is available for easy transport.
