Flush-mounted distribution box – solid protection for electrical installations

This modular distribution box, designed for flush mounting, is the central point for distributing electrical energy in buildings. It provides a safe and organized installation, allowing for the mounting of up to 94 S-type circuit breakers. The box’s design is intended for easy and quick installation, which will be appreciated by both professional installers and those undertaking electrical work themselves.

Construction and user features

The housing is made of steel, guaranteeing high mechanical strength and corrosion resistance. The powder-coated surface finish in white (RAL 9002) provides an aesthetic appearance and easy integration into the interior. The IP30 protection rating protects against accidental contact with live wires and the ingress of solid objects larger than 2.5 mm. The distribution box has one lock, which protects access to the interior from unauthorized persons.

The interior of the distribution box has been designed with functionality in mind. The mounting plate allows for convenient mounting of modular equipment, and the unique construction allows for wiring before the housing is mounted – this significantly speeds up the installation process. The set includes TH 35 rails, terminal rails, an insulator, and a set of screws and nuts – everything you need for proper installation.

The RPsm-96 (4x24) distribution box with a lock is ideal for use in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. It allows for the installation of overcurrent protection devices, residual current devices (RCDs), and other devices necessary to protect the electrical installation. It is compatible with modular equipment of the 4x24 standard.

The distribution box has external dimensions: 525 mm width, 715 mm height, and 127 mm depth. The rated continuous current is up to 100A, the rated insulation voltage is 500V, and the rated operating voltage is 400V. The protection class is I, and the protection degree is IP30. It is made of steel and painted white (RAL 9002).
