Robust power socket with switch – reliability and safety

This surface-mounted socket from the OPTIMA-COMBI series is designed for demanding industrial and workshop applications. Made of high-quality, self-extinguishing halogen-free thermoplastic, it ensures safe and long-lasting operation. The combination of a 3P+N+E 32A power socket with a domestic socket (so-called "French") is a practical solution, allowing connection of both high-power devices and standard plugs. The L-0-P switch enables convenient power control.

Construction and mounting

The socket is designed for surface mounting, which simplifies and speeds up installation. Equipped with screw terminals and metric threaded inlets with cable gland, it ensures secure and stable cable connections. A tight lid increases resistance to moisture and dust (IP44/IP54 protection class), making it ideal for indoor use and in environments exposed to harsh conditions.

Safety and protection

The socket has a fuse 5x20 10A protecting the domestic socket against overload and short circuit. The durable construction material (IK08) provides resistance to mechanical damage. Additionally, the CuZn (brass) contact material guarantees good electrical conductivity and minimizes the risk of corrosion. The position indicator of the protective contact set at 6 o'clock ensures correct grounding of connected devices.
