This Cement Stone acrylic panel with dimensions of 70x90 cm and a height of 9 cm is an ideal solution for creating a modern and functional shower tray. Designed for low-profile shower trays, the rectangular shape and subdued cement color with a stone texture fit current design trends. Made of innovative Stonicryl® material, it is characterized by exceptional strength and resistance to damage.

This panel is part of the Kalait series from Schedpol, which is renowned for its high quality and advanced technologies. Stonicryl® material is a combination of polymers, mineral components and PU+ mixtures, which ensures not only durability but also excellent soundproofing properties – reducing the noise of falling water by up to 40%. Additionally, this material is characterized by good thermal insulation, keeping the water warm for longer during bathing. The lightweight panel makes installation easier – often only one person is needed to install it.

The Stabilsound Plus® construction, reinforced with metal elements, guarantees stability and resistance to loads up to 1500 kg. The waterproof layer protects against moisture, mold and mildew, and the Easy to Clean coating with Antibac additive makes it easy to keep the shower tray clean and limits bacterial growth. Thanks to this, the panel not only looks aesthetically pleasing in the bathroom, but also provides hygiene and comfort.

Installation and compatibility:

To install the panel correctly, you need to consider the type of composite shower tray. For Stabilsound Plus® shower trays, it is recommended to use the Base 10.100 or a custom-made Frame. For standard shower trays (e.g., Caspar, Orkus), it is necessary to use the L08 Frame and KT1 mounting anchors. The panel has a drain diameter of 90 mm and a slope of 2%, ensuring effective water drainage. It also has a PZH hygiene certificate confirming its safety for health.
