This shower tray with a linear drain, known as “Base” Stabilsound Plus, is a comprehensive solution for creating a functional and aesthetic shower area. Designed for both professionals and end customers, it combines ease of installation, high quality workmanship and durability. Dimensions of 80x140 cm provide space, and the integrated drain on the shorter side simplifies installation.

The tray made in Stabilsound Plus® technology guarantees solidity and reliability. This material is characterized by high compressive strength (up to 600 kg on an area corresponding to the size of a foot), making it ideal for heavily used bathrooms. Additionally, the materials used provide excellent thermal and acoustic insulation – bathing becomes relaxing and comfortable.

Construction and advantages

Ready-made structural slopes (4-sided slope of 2%) eliminate the need for time-consuming and precise forming of slopes in cement screed. This saves time and costs, especially appreciated by installers. Factory sealing of the entire surface of the tray guarantees 100% tightness, minimizing the risk of leaks and damage.

The set includes everything you need for proper installation:

• Sealed shower tray with integrated drain channel
• Cover plate (50x8 cm) for tiling
• High-flow siphon (flow rate 31.8 l/min) – easy to clean from above

Resistance and durability

Linear drains are made of aluminum alloys coated with an oxide layer in the anodizing process. This ensures full resistance to corrosion and the action of aggressive chemical substances contained in cleaning agents. The tray meets high quality standards, which is confirmed by the manufacturer's 10-year warranty. Compressive stress at 10% relative strain is at least 0.247 MPa, which proves its exceptional mechanical strength. The water absorption of the tray is minimal – after 1 hour below 0.047 kg/m2, and after 24 hours below 0.085 kg/m2. The fire reaction class is E.
