The Schell Modus Trend washbasin tap combines functionality, hygiene and modern design. It is an ideal solution for both public and private use, where touchless operation and water saving are important. Equipped with an infrared sensor, it provides comfortable use without the need to touch a potentially contaminated surface. This is particularly important in high-traffic areas such as public toilets, restaurants or offices.

The tap is designed with ease of installation and adjustment in mind. It has programmable infrared sensor electronics, allowing it to be adapted to individual needs and operating conditions. The ability to adjust the sensor range (approx. 2 - 17 cm) and the cleaning lock (off / 120 s) increase functionality and convenience.

Construction and parameters ensuring reliability

The housing made of high-quality drinking water brass guarantees durability and corrosion resistance. The chrome surface gives the tap an elegant look that fits most bathroom arrangements. The set includes two flexible connection hoses G 3/8 GW x 450 mm with a check valve and a preliminary filter, which facilitates installation and ensures safe use. The tap is powered by 4 AA 1.5 V alkaline batteries (not included), placed in a compartment with IP 65 protection - which means resistance to water splashes.

In addition, the tap meets the requirements of the P-IX 29853/IO standard and has a WRAS certificate, confirming its compliance with European quality and safety standards. Flow class O ensures optimal water consumption while maintaining comfort – the maximum flow rate is 3.8 l/min at operating pressure from 0.5 to 5.0 bar. The maximum operating temperature is 70°C (short-term), which allows for thermal disinfection of the installation.
