iC60 Circuit Breakers – Reliable Installation Protection

The iC60H-C63-4 circuit breaker is a four-pole device designed to effectively protect electrical circuits against overloads and short circuits. Its versatility makes it suitable for use in both domestic, commercial, and industrial installations. The C characteristic ensures optimal operation in circuits with inductive loads, such as motors or fluorescent lighting, allowing for safe device start-up without unnecessary tripping.

This model features a high short-circuit breaking capacity – 15 kA at 400 V and 30 kA at 230 V (according to IEC 60947-2), which guarantees effective protection even in the event of serious disturbances. The rated current of 63 A allows for the protection of circuits with higher power consumption. Additionally, energy limitation class 3 (EN/IEC 60898-1) helps reduce the cost of downstream circuit protection.

The circuit breaker's design has been carefully considered for easy installation and operation. The ability to remove a single device without removing the busbar, and quick mounting/dismounting from the DIN rail without tools, significantly speeds up installation work. Dual terminals allow connection of wires with a cross-section from 1 to 35 mm² (solid) or from 1 to 25 mm² (stranded), providing flexibility in wire selection.

VisiTrip and VisiSafe indicators are additional features that increase safety and facilitate diagnostics. The VisiTrip indicator informs about the cause of tripping (red color), and VisiSafe confirms the physical disconnection of the contacts (green color), allowing for safe maintenance work. The circuit breaker has a protection degree of IP20, which provides protection against accidental contact. The device width of 4 modules allows for efficient use of space in the switchboard. The operating temperature is in the range of -35°C to 70°C, making it suitable for use in various environmental conditions.
