Professional modular socket for DIN rail installation

The Acti9 iPC-F-I modular socket is a high-quality power solution designed for professional electrical installations. The device enables the safe connection of low-voltage devices to the electrical network in accordance with the French NFC 15100 standard, offering a rated current of 16A at a voltage of 250V AC.

Construction and technical parameters

The compact design with dimensions of 45 × 84 × 60 mm occupies 2.5 modules (DIN rail width), allowing for efficient use of space in the distribution board. The housing, finished in white (RAL9003), weighs only 98g, and the protection rating of IP20 at the terminals and IP40 in the housing ensures adequate protection against foreign objects.

Advanced tunnel terminals allow for the connection of both solid cables with a cross-section of 10 mm² and flexible or ferruled cables with a cross-section of 6 mm². The tightening torque is 1.2 N.m, and the stripped length of the conductor is 13 mm. Connections are made using a PZ2 screwdriver.

Functionality and signaling

The built-in LED indicator light with a lifespan of 100000 hours signals the presence of voltage in the socket, which significantly facilitates installation diagnostics. The socket features a standard 2P+E configuration (two poles + earth) with a round protective contact and protective covers on the poles.

The device operates in a wide temperature range from -25°C to +70°C, and the storage temperature ranges from -40°C to +80°C. Relative humidity can reach up to 95% at a temperature of 55°C, demonstrating high resistance to environmental conditions.

Regulatory compliance and safety

The product meets the requirements of international standards IEC 60884-1, French standards NF C 15-100 and NF C 61-314. The mechanical impact protection rating is IK03, and class 2 tropicalization according to IEC 60068-1 ensures resistance to harsh climatic conditions.

The manufacturer's warranty is 18 months, and the product is covered by the Schneider Electric declaration of conformity regarding the RoHS directive. Tunnel-type terminals ensure secure and durable electrical connections, eliminating the risk of wire loosening during operation.
