Adjustable brackets and PanelSeT SF/SM rail

The set consists of 2 elements - a symmetrical galvanized DIN rail with dimensions 35 × 15mm and adjustable mounting brackets that allow for device positioning within the depth of the enclosures.

Construction and materials

The rail is made of galvanized steel. The symmetrical DIN design (Hutschiene) guarantees universal compatibility with a wide range of electrical components - from circuit breakers to relays and PLC controllers.

The mounting brackets are factory-equipped with adjustable angles with a depth adjustment range of 52mm. This flexibility allows for optimal fitting to various types of devices and internal enclosure configurations. The mounting system allows for direct installation to the enclosure frame.

Application and compatibility

The set is designed for PanelSeT SF/SM enclosures with a width of 800mm, where it can accommodate a maximum of 36 electrical modules. For enclosures with a width of 600mm, the set provides space for 24 modules.

The height adjustment system is based on a 25mm pitch, enabling precise positioning of elements according to standard industry dimensions. Height adjustment is performed via a system of holes in the enclosure frame, ensuring stable and secure mounting of the entire structure.

Practical advantages

Factory-mounted brackets eliminate the need for additional preparation during installation. The galvanized steel surface protects against moisture and chemical factors typical for electrical switchgear environments.

The symmetrical design of the rail allows for two-way mounting of components. Depth adjustment allows for optimal use of the internal enclosure space, regardless of the dimensions of the mounted devices or the necessity of cable routing.
