The FuPacT ISFL160 fuse-switch disconnect switch is a compact device designed for mounting on DIN rails with a 100mm pitch, providing effective protection and control of electrical circuits in industrial installations and public utility buildings. The device supports a rated current of 160A at an operating voltage of up to 800V AC.

Construction and technical parameters

The device is housed in an enclosure with dimensions of 50×405×123mm (width × height × depth) and a weight of 1.3kg, ensuring an optimal ratio of functionality to space occupied. The three-pole design allows for the simultaneous handling of three phases, and screw connections guarantee secure and durable wire connections.

The disconnector is adapted for use with NH000 and NH00 type fuse links, which can be mounted in special holders equipped with handles that allow for easy maneuvering. The fuse holder system provides the possibility of individual status monitoring of each link through the "separated fuse monitor" function, which significantly facilitates installation diagnostics and maintenance.

Operating parameters and safety

The device is characterized by high resistance to short-circuit currents - the rated conditional short-circuit current is 100kA, which guarantees effective protection even in the event of emergency short-circuit conditions. The rated short-time withstand current of 5kA for 1 second further increases the level of installation safety.

The enclosure protection rating of IP20 protects against contact with live parts and against the ingress of solid objects larger than 12.5mm. The design meets the requirements of the EN/IEC 60947-1 and EN/IEC 60947-3 standards and holds CE, CCC, and EAC certificates, confirming its compliance with international safety standards.

Application and compatibility

FuPacT ISFL160 is used as a protective element in electrical power distribution systems, providing monitoring and control of connected loads. The device can operate in temperatures from -20°C to +70°C, allowing for its installation in various environmental conditions.

The cable terminals are adapted for conductors with a cross-section of 95mm², allowing for the handling of high-power installations while maintaining optimal electrical parameters. Mounting on DIN rails enables rapid implementation in existing switchboards and easy expansion of the system with additional modules.

The mechanical durability of the device is 1400 cycles, while the electrical durability is 200 cycles for various load categories (AC-21B, AC-22B, AC-23B), guaranteeing many years of reliable operation under typical operating conditions.
