3-pole fuse switch-disconnector FuPacT ISFL630

The FuPacT ISFL630 busbar-type fuse switch-disconnector is a 3-pole fuse device designed for direct connection to 185 mm busbars. Thanks to its compact vertical design, it eliminates the need for additional space to install current transformers, which significantly simplifies switchgear design.

The device utilizes a modular system with a standardized interface that is compatible with all types of measuring devices. The M12 screw connection allows for secure fastening of conductors with cross-sections adapted to the rated current of 630 A. Alternatively, the supply circuit can be connected using hook terminals directly to the busbars.

Electrical parameters and utilization categories

The switch-disconnector operates in various utilization categories according to IEC standards. For category AC21B, it achieves a full current of 630 A at a voltage of 690 V AC; for AC22B, it maintains the same value at 500 V AC, and for AC23B at 415 V AC. The maximum operating voltage is 800 V AC.

The device is characterized by high short-circuit resistance - the rated conditional short-circuit current IQ is 120 kA, and the rated short-time withstand current Icw is 25 kA for 1 second. The front-side protection rating is IP20, which means protection against finger access to hazardous parts.

Construction and materials

The device housing is made of materials resistant to industrial conditions, in accordance with Class II electrical shock protection standards for the front surface. The vertical design allows for mounting components one above the other (mounting location: One above the other) on the busbars.

The device is equipped with fuse link status monitoring, which enables monitoring the status of each of the three DIN NH3 fuses separately. The maximum thermal loss power is 85 W, and each fuse generates losses of approximately 48 W.

Operating conditions, durability, and certificates

The switch-disconnector operates in a wide temperature range from -25°C to +70°C during operation and can be stored at temperatures from -50°C to +85°C. The environmental pollution degree is level 3 according to IEC 60947.

The mechanical durability of the device is approximately 1000 cycles, while the electrical durability varies depending on the utilization category - for the highest category AC21B at 690 V, it is approximately 200 cycles. The device features an isolation function compliant with EN/IEC 60947-3 and a visible break for operational safety.

The product meets the requirements of international standards: EN/IEC 60947-1 (general requirements), EN/IEC 60947-3 (switching devices), IEC 60269-2-1 (fuses). It holds CCC (China) and EAC (Eurasian Economic Union) certificates. The mechanical protection rating is IK07 according to EN 50102.
