The tape width of 4.8 mm combined with optimal material thickness ensures even distribution of clamping forces, eliminating the risk of damaging wire insulation even when tightly fastened.

Environmental Resistance and Certification

The product maintains full functionality in extreme temperature conditions - from -40°C to +85°C, enabling use in both cold storage and elevated temperature environments. Minimum installation temperature of -20°C allows installation even in challenging winter conditions.

The material has a flammability class UL94 V2, meaning self-extinguishing properties when in contact with flame - crucial for electrical installation safety. Additionally, it meets the requirements of standard IEC 60695-11-5, confirming the highest fire safety standards.

Practical Applications

The tie is used in photovoltaic systems where UV-resistant fastening of solar panels is required, as well as in telecommunications installations for organizing network wire bundles. Particularly recommended for outdoor applications thanks to full UV resistance according to standard ASTM D6779.

Halogen-free construction eliminates the risk of toxic gas release during combustion, which is important in buildings with elevated fire safety requirements.
