The Cedar Plus two-way switch is an electrical installation accessory from the Schneider Electric brand, designed for rooms exposed to moisture, dust, and water. Thanks to the increased protection degree IP44, the product features a glossy white surface finish.

Construction and materials

The switch body is made of thermoplastic material. The design allows for lighting control from two different points - a typical two-way application in residential and commercial buildings.

Installation is carried out surface-mounted using a solid screw mounting system, which guarantees durable and secure seating even in difficult installation conditions. Screw terminals ensure reliable connection of conductors with cross-sections adapted to standard domestic installations.

Operating parameters and safety

The device operates at a rated voltage of 250V and a current of 16A, making it compatible with most lighting circuits in residential and public utility buildings. The 16AX rating is suitable for LED light sources and energy-saving compact fluorescent lamps.
