Distribloc distribution block 125A

The Distribloc 125A distribution block from the Linergy DX series provides a rated current of 125A at an operating voltage of 690V AC.

Construction and system compatibility

The device has been designed for installation versatility. DIN rail mounting or screw mounting allows for flexible adaptation to various types of enclosures. The block is compatible with PrismaSeT G, PrismaSeT P, PrismaSeT Pack 250 enclosures, as well as a wide range of Schneider Electric protective devices.

Compatibility includes Acti 9 circuit breakers (C120, iC120), ComPact residual current breakers (INS40/63/100/125/160), as well as Multi9 series devices (NG125) and NSXm. This versatility allows for the construction of cohesive distribution systems without the need to mix different manufacturers.

Screwless connection system and safety

The screwless connection system eliminates the need for periodic tightening of connections, which significantly reduces installation maintenance costs. The block is equipped with 52 connection holes, allowing for the connection of wires with cross-sections from 1.5 mm² to 25 mm². Power supply is implemented via robust tunnel-type terminals with a cross-section of up to 35 mm².

Operational safety is ensured by full insulation protection against touch and high resistance to environmental conditions. The IPxx B protection rating protects against accidental contact with live parts. The design meets the requirements of the IEC 60695-2-11 standard regarding temperature resistance up to 960°C.

Operating parameters and technical standards

The device operates in a wide temperature range from -25°C to +55°C, maintaining full functionality even in harsh industrial conditions. The insulation voltage is 750V AC, and the impulse withstand voltage reaches 8kV. The short-time fault current is 4.5kA for 1 second, and the peak current can reach up to 20kA.
