Modern LED signal lamp for modular installations

The Acti9 iIL single lamp is a compact signaling solution with a width of one module, utilizing advanced LED technology. The device provides reliable local signaling in electrical installations, offering high-intensity white light with minimal power consumption.

Design and technical parameters

The device is manufactured using LED technology with a lifespan of 100 000 hours of continuous operation, eliminating the need for frequent light source replacement. The white lens (RAL 9003) ensures clear signaling of the device or circuit status.

The lamp is powered by an AC voltage of 110...230 V at a frequency of 50/60 Hz and a DC voltage of 110...130 V, with a power consumption of only 0.3 W. The design features dimensions of: height 82 mm, width 18 mm (1 module), and mounting depth 69.5 mm.

Mounting is performed on a symmetrical DIN rail in accordance with the 9 mm pitch standard. The device works with busbars and distribution terminals and is also compatible with the ProDis system.

Operating conditions and certificates

The lamp operates in a wide temperature range from -35°C to +70°C, maintaining full functionality at a relative humidity of up to 95% at +55°C. The IP20 protection rating ensures safe mounting inside switchboards.

The device complies with the requirements of the international standard IEC 60947-5-1 regarding control and auxiliary apparatus. The design accounts for the pollution degree (PD3) and tropicalization (T2), guaranteeing reliability in harsh industrial conditions.

Schneider Electric declares compliance with RoHS and REACH directives. The product is covered by an 18-month contractual warranty.
