Professional distribution block for four-pole installations

The Linergy DX distribution block is an advanced solution for electrical power distribution in four-pole installations. Designed for professional installers and end users, it offers high reliability and safety in a compact design with a width of only 72 mm.

Construction and electrical parameters

The device operates at a rated current of 63A and a working voltage of 440V AC, providing an insulation voltage of 500V AC and surge resistance up to 6kV. The construction occupies 4 modules (72mm width) on a standard DIN rail, allowing for space savings in the distribution board.

The power connection system utilizes a tunnel-type terminal that supports wires:

• flexible with a cross-section up to 16 mm²
• rigid with a cross-section up to 25 mm²

This solution eliminates the need for additional ferrules for single-core and stranded wires.

Distribution system and connections

The block is equipped with 24 quick-connection holes located at the bottom of the device. Distribution is carried out via:

• 12 phase terminals
• 12 neutral terminals

Each terminal supports wires with a cross-section of 2,5÷6 mm², both flexible and rigid. The spring system eliminates the need for tools during assembly, significantly accelerating installation.

Safety and regulatory compliance

The design provides full finger-safe insulation, protecting the user from accidental contact with live parts. Glow-wire resistance reaches 960°C (in accordance with IEC60695-2-11).

The device meets the requirements of the following standards:

• IEC60947-7-1 - auxiliary devices for electrical power distribution
• IEC61439-1/2 - low-voltage electrical switchgear and controlgear assemblies

It holds quality certificates issued by the ASEFA organization.
