Support for PrismaSeT modular switchboards

The LVS04192 bracket is a key element of the Linergy BS system, enabling the mounting of busbars in PrismaSeT G switchboards with a maximum rated current of 630A.

Design and technical parameters

The bracket features a four-pole design, allowing for the simultaneous routing of four phase or neutral conductors, which simplifies installation routing within switchboards.

A busbar axis spacing of 50mm ensures optimal distance between conductors, guaranteeing safe operation as well as easy installation and removal of connections. This standard span is compatible with most switchboard systems used in industry.

The maximum rated current of 630A allows for the use of the bracket in medium and high-power installations, typical for main distribution boards in industrial buildings, shopping centers, or public utility facilities.

Mounting and compatibility

The bracket's mounting system has been designed for easy installation on vertical profiles within the PrismaSeT G switchboard section. Mounting to a full or perforated plate with mounting dimensions of 450 x 220mm provides installation flexibility in various switchboard configurations.

The bracket is screwed directly to the switchboard structure using standard mounting elements, eliminating the need for additional adapters or specialized mounting tools.
