The Polypact LVS04403 distribution block is a professional component of the electrical power distribution system, specifically designed to work with PrismaSet switchboards. The device enables safe and efficient power distribution to a maximum of four loads in three-phase installations.
Construction and electrical parameters
The block's robust construction is based on conductors with a cross-section of 300 mm², allowing for the conduction of significant currents with minimal energy losses. The three-phase architecture (3 phases) ensures compatibility with typical industrial and commercial installations.
The device operates at a maximum voltage of 690 V and withstands a rated continuous current of 800 A. High short-circuit resistance (rated conditional short-circuit current of 85 kA) guarantees safety even in emergency installation states. Additionally, the block withstands a short-time current of 50 kA for the duration required by overcurrent protections.
Safety and protection
The insulated design eliminates the risk of electric shock during installation and operation. The rated impulse withstand voltage of 8 kV provides resistance to atmospheric and switching surges, protecting connected devices from damage. A clearance distance of 35 mm guarantees safe separation between phase conductors.
The block is intended for use with compact NSX250 3P circuit breakers with fixed connections or switching operations. This solution makes it possible to create highly reliable modular distribution systems.
