PowerLogic PM5300 power quality analyzer 0.5S Modbus IP p64 DataLog METSEPM5320

Advanced power quality analyzer for professional energy monitoring

The PowerLogic PM5320 analyzer is a compact 0.5S class measuring device designed for comprehensive monitoring of electrical network parameters. Thanks to its backlit LCD display with a resolution of 128×128 pixels and advanced analytical functions, it serves as a professional tool for installers and end users seeking precision solutions.

Precise measurements and power quality analysis

The device ensures high measurement accuracy in accordance with the IEC 62053-22 standard, offering active energy measurement with an accuracy of ±0.5% and reactive energy with ±2%. The analyzer measures all key electrical parameters: voltage (35-690V AC phase-to-phase, 20-400V AC phase-to-neutral), current (10-9000mA), frequency (45-65Hz), power factor, and performs harmonic analysis up to the 31st harmonic. The sampling rate is 64 samples per cycle, which guarantees detailed signal analysis.

The supply voltage range includes 100-415V AC (45-65Hz) and 125-250V DC, and the rated current can be 1A or 5A. The device supports single-phase (1P+N) and three-phase (3P, 3P+N) configurations, adapting to various types of electrical installations.

Advanced communication and system integration

The analyzer is equipped with an Ethernet port supporting Modbus TCP/IP (10/100 Mbit/s) and BACnet/IP protocols, with 2500V galvanic isolation ensuring communication safety. The RJ45 connector allows for easy connection to a local area network. Two configurable digital inputs/outputs expand automation and alarm signaling capabilities.

A memory capacity of 256 kB allows for the archiving of measurement data, alarm logs (35 configurable alarms), event logs, and minimum/maximum values. The system supports four tariff schedules, enabling energy cost optimization through consumption monitoring in different time zones.

Robust construction and reliability in harsh conditions

The device, with dimensions of 96×96×72 mm and a weight of 430g, features an IP52 (front) and IP30 (body) protection rating according to the IEC 60529 standard, ensuring resistance to dust and water droplets. The operating temperature range is from -25°C to +70°C, and relative humidity can reach 95% at +50°C. The design is adapted for operation at altitudes up to 2000 m a.s.l. with environmental pollution degree class 2.

Electromagnetic compatibility includes Class B conducted and radiated emissions (EN 55022), level 4 electrostatic discharge immunity (IEC 61000-4-2), and level 4 power frequency magnetic field immunity (IEC 61000-4-8). Power consumption does not exceed 10 VA at 415V.

The product is marked with the Green Premium label, confirming Schneider Electric's commitment to providing eco-friendly solutions.
