Modern LED signal lamp for modular installations

The single lamp iIL-1-G-24 green is a professional LED indicator designed to signal the presence of voltage in electrical installations. LED technology with a lifespan of 100 000 hours of continuous operation eliminates the need for light source replacement.

Operating parameters and electrical compatibility

The device is powered by a voltage of 12...48 V AC/DC, allowing for use in both alternating and direct current installations. A maximum power consumption of just 0.3 W guarantees energy-efficient operation. The indicator automatically signals the presence of voltage in the circuit with a green light, enabling quick identification of active devices.

An operating temperature range from -35°C to +70°C allows for use in harsh industrial conditions, and the IP20 protection rating ensures safe mounting in modular distribution boards.

Construction and DIN rail mounting

The compact design with dimensions of 82 × 18 × 69.5 mm (height × width × depth) occupies one module width on a standard DIN rail. The plastic housing provides mechanical resistance and an aesthetic appearance in white (RAL 9003).

Mounting is performed via a clip on a symmetrical DIN rail, and connection is carried out using tunnel screw terminals supporting wires:

• Solid: 0.5 mm² (single) or 2.5 mm² (double)
• Flexible with ferrules: 0.5 mm² (single) or 2.5 mm² (double)

The tightening torque is 1 N·m, and the wire stripping length is 9 mm.

Practical applications

The lamp is used in Acti9 modular distribution boards to signal the status of electrical devices.

The device meets the requirements of international standards IEC 60947-5-1, holds UL, CE, CSA certificates, and is marked as a Green Premium product compliant with RoHS directives. The pollution degree is 3, and the climatic category is 2, confirming resistance to moisture up to 95% at +55°C.
