This three-phase TeSys D power contactor with a rated current of 40A, with one normally open (1NO) and one normally closed (1NC) contact, is a reliable solution for controlling motors and other electrical loads. Equipped with a 220VDC coil and EVK screw terminals, it provides convenient mounting and easy connection in industrial and construction installations.

Design and application

The LC1D40AMD contactor is designed for a wide range of applications, from plants and machinery to buildings, wastewater management and mining. Its robust construction guarantees high mechanical strength – up to 15 million switching cycles at a frequency of 3600 cycles per hour. Compliance with IEC 60335-1 confirms its safety and suitability for home installations, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Thanks to the integrated auxiliary contacts in a mirror configuration (NO+NC), the contactor can be directly used in safety circuits in accordance with IEC standards. The auxiliary contacts are adapted to work with signals with a minimum current of 1 mA, allowing them to be connected directly to PLCs.
