This five-pole distribution block from the SIMBLOCK series is a solid solution for safe connection and distribution of aluminum and copper wires in industrial, commercial installations and modern low-voltage switchboards. Designed to operate at voltages up to 1000 V AC/DC, it provides reliable power supply and easy installation.

Design and application

The SCB 35-5X block was designed with the convenience of installers and safety of use in mind. Its design allows connection of wires with a cross-section of up to 35 mm², both aluminum and copper. This means that one block can handle different types of wiring, simplifying the design and installation of installations. Five poles allow for convenient distribution of power to several circuits within a single housing.

The use of a two-screw wire connection ensures a stable and secure electrical connection, minimizing the risk of loosening connections during operation. This is particularly important in installations exposed to vibrations or temperature changes. Compact dimensions (width approx. 117 mm, height approx. 49 mm) allow for efficient use of space on the TS 35 DIN rail.

Safety and durability

Made of self-extinguishing thermoplastic material with a flammability class of UL94 V0, the SCB 35-5X block provides a high level of safety. Full enclosure protects against accidental contact with live parts, which is crucial in workplaces with open electrical elements. The solid construction guarantees long-term and trouble-free operation even in harsh industrial conditions.

This block is characterized by a rated current of up to 202 A for copper wires and 125 A for aluminum, a rated voltage of 1000 V AC/DC and the possibility of connecting wires with a cross-section of up to 35 mm². Mounting is done on a standard TH-35/TS 35 rail, and the housing is made of a self-extinguishing UL94 V0 thermoplastic providing high fire resistance.
