The SCB 35-5X distribution block is a solid solution for safe and efficient distribution of electrical circuits. Designed for both aluminum and copper wires, it performs well in demanding industrial, commercial installations and modern low-voltage switchboards. Its construction allows operation at voltages up to 1000V AC/DC, making it a versatile element in many applications.

Construction and functionality

The five-pole construction of the SCB 35-5X block allows convenient distribution of five power paths in a single compact housing. This simplifies installation and optimizes space utilization in the switchboard. Two wire fixing screws ensure a stable and secure electrical connection, eliminating the risk of wire loosening and increasing the reliability of the system. Support for aluminum wires (up to 125A) and copper wires (up to 202A) provides flexibility in material selection and adaptation to the specifics of the installation. Compact dimensions (width approx. 117 mm, height approx. 49 mm) allow for efficient use of space on the DIN TS 35 rail.

Safety and durability

The housing of the block is made of durable, self-extinguishing thermoplastic material with a flammability class of UL94 V0, which provides protection against accidental contact with live parts and increases safety. Quick and easy mounting on a standard TH-35/TS 35 rail shortens installation time and facilitates subsequent servicing. The use of high-quality materials guarantees long-term and trouble-free operation of the device, even in difficult operating conditions.
