Design and materials – a guarantee of durability

The valve body is made of spheroidal cast iron GGG40, which provides high resistance to pressure and corrosion. The valve disc, also made of spheroidal cast iron, is additionally protected with an epoxy coating, which increases its resistance to aggressive media. The EPDM seal guarantees tightness even in difficult working conditions. The entire construction has been designed with easy assembly and disassembly in mind, which translates into time and cost savings during servicing.

Application and operating parameters

The SYLAX DN65 PN16 gate valve is perfect for water supply, heating, industrial and irrigation systems. It is intended for use with media that are not aggressive to the construction materials. The operating parameters are a nominal pressure of PN16 (1.6 MPa) and a maximum operating temperature of up to 120°C. This allows it to be used in a wide range of applications, both in residential and industrial construction. The gate valve is compatible with PN6, PN10 and PN16 flanged connections.
