Modern three-phase inverter for demanding photovoltaic installations

The Solplanet ASW 20K-LT-G2 PRO inverter is an advanced three-phase device with a power of 20 kW, designed specifically for larger photovoltaic installations in the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Thanks to two independent MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) circuits and a high efficiency of 98.6%, it guarantees optimal conversion of solar energy into alternating current.

Advanced MPPT technology and installation flexibility

At the heart of the inverter are two independent MPPT trackers, which allow for maximizing efficiency even in complex lighting conditions. A wide MPPT voltage range from 150V to 1000V allows for flexible installation design with various solar panel configurations. Each MPPT supports an input current of up to 32A, making the device compatible with the latest generation of larger photovoltaic modules (182/210 mm) and bifacial panels.

The ShadeSol (shadow management) function intelligently manages the impact of shading on PV panels, automatically optimizing the operating point of each string separately. This translates into a significant increase in energy production under partial shading conditions—typical for rooftop or industrial installations.

The maximum DC input power is 30000 W, and a DC/AC oversizing of up to 150% provides greater freedom in component selection and optimal system performance throughout the year.

Industrial-grade safety and reliability

The inverter housing meets rigorous weather resistance standards thanks to the IP66 protection class. The design protects the interior from dust, water, and extreme temperatures ranging from -25°C to +60°C. The powder coating provides durable protection against corrosion and UV radiation.

Protections include multi-level security: a DC disconnector for safe maintenance, Type II surge protection on both DC and AC sides, leakage detection, and grid monitoring. The AFCI (Arc Fault Circuit Interrupter) system protects against fire risk by immediately detecting and extinguishing electrical arcs.

Additionally, DC reverse polarity protection, multi-pole residual current monitoring, and an anti-islanding function ensuring safe disconnection from the grid in case of power failure are implemented.

Ease of installation and advanced system management

The wall-mounted design with IP66 ingress protection allows for installation both indoors and outdoors. Compact dimensions (503 × 435 × 183 mm) with a weight of 18.6 kg allow for easy transport and installation using standard tools. The double bracket and Plug-in system significantly speed up the mounting process.

The integrated "plug and play" Wi-Fi module enables simultaneous monitoring of up to five inverters via the dedicated Solplanet mobile application. The communication interface also supports RS485 and an optional 4G module for locations without Wi-Fi infrastructure.

The mobile application in Polish provides full control over the system: real-time energy production monitoring, performance analysis, service alarms, and the possibility of remote firmware updates.

International compliance and quality certificates

The inverter meets the requirements of international quality standards: CE, EN50549, IEC62109, IEC62116, IEC61727, as well as national C10/C11 standards for the Polish energy market. Climate class 4K4H guarantees stable operation in relative humidity up to 100% without condensation and at altitudes up to 3000 m a.s.l.

The transformerless topology with active cooling ensures high energy efficiency with minimal self-consumption (<1W at night). A Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) coefficient of ❤️% guarantees clean energy fed into the power grid.

The device is covered by a manufacturer's warranty for a period of 10 years.
