Two-component chemical anchor, fast-curing and styrene-free

The Soudafix VE280-SF anchor is a solution designed for fixing high-load elements—from reinforcing bars to railings and brackets—even under challenging conditions. It does not induce stresses in the substrate, making it safe for sensitive materials such as perforated bricks or hollow blocks. Its vinyl ester-based formulation ensures a durable, waterproof, and chemically resistant bond—without harmful styrene and with low odor.

It can be applied on damp substrates, even underwater, and at temperatures down to -5°C. This is a key advantage for winter works or locations with constant humidity—such as pools, channels, basements, or external structures. Its high fire resistance rating of class F120 makes it suitable where fire protection is required—for example, when installing elements near ventilation systems or in public buildings.

Versatility and easy installation

It works on both solid substrates—concrete, stone, solid brick—and perforated ones: hollow blocks, hollow-core slabs, or perforated bricks. When used with a perforated sleeve, it is ideal for anchoring in hollow walls—without risk of splitting the material. The cartridge can be reused multiple times—simply replace the static mixer, while the rest of the product remains usable.

Compliant with European Technical Approvals EPA-07/0182 and EPA-07/0183, as well as ETA Option 1 (for cracked and non-cracked concrete) and Option 7 (for non-cracked concrete). Designed for dowels and rods with diameters M8–M30.

It can also be used as a mortar for repairing concrete defects—for example, during reconstruction of zones damaged by corrosion or mechanical damage.

No specialized equipment is required—it works with standard two-component mortar guns. It sets quickly, requires no long curing time, and generates no dust or vibrations during installation.
