Mounting foam with Click&Fix system – fast installation and stability at low temperatures

Ensures excellent adhesion to concrete, brick, masonry, wood, PVC, aluminum (including powder-coated surfaces), and glazed surfaces. No need for support during application – it holds immediately. Ideal for filling gaps in partition walls, roofs, attics, and between prefabricated elements.

High efficiency and dimensional stability – after curing, it does not shrink or expand. Provides thermal and acoustic insulation, creating a continuous barrier against heat loss and noise penetration.

Application possible even at temperatures down to -10°C – no need to pause work during the winter season. The winter formula maintains full mounting performance even in freezing outdoor conditions.

Click&Fix system – installation with a ¼ turn, no mess

The canister is secured in the gun's Teflon socket with a single motion – simply rotate it 90 degrees until you hear a click. No need for double tightening, no risk of leaks during installation, and no contamination of the thread. This saves time and ensures clean work, especially during multiple applications.

The Teflon socket is easy to clean – after a break, simply flush the gun with solvent. The Duravall valve ensures airtightness – the gun with the attached canister can be left for weeks without risk of clogging.

Safe formula and long-term durability

The blowing gas is environmentally friendly. The foam cures through polymerization with moisture – it contains no CFCs or other ozone-depleting substances. After curing, it withstands temperatures from -40°C to +90°C.

Tensile strength exceeds 50 kPa, and compressive stress is above 15 kPa – ensuring a durable bond even under dynamic loads. Water absorption is below 1 kg/m² – it does not absorb moisture.

After curing, the foam must be protected against UV exposure – cover with plaster, paint, or silicone. Do not leave it exposed for extended periods, as it will lose its insulating properties.
