Thanks to its short skinning time (approx. 20 minutes), it allows for quick painting of the joint without the risk of discoloration, significantly accelerating finishing work. Solvent-free, it is safe for all decorative materials and does not emit unpleasant odors.

Wide range of applications inside buildings

The sealant is designed for indoor use and is perfect for masking gaps and cracks in concrete, masonry, plaster and wood. It seals gypsum fiber boards in dry construction technology, skirting boards and door frames, as well as window sills and decorative panels. It can also be used for sealing building joints with slight movement (up to 15%). Particularly recommended for rooms with high humidity – bathrooms and kitchens.

Technical data worth noting

Soudal Express acrylic is characterized by high quality workmanship and meets strict standards. Its density is approx. 1.66 g/ml and the application temperature is between +5°C and +30°C. The product is thermally resistant in the range of -20°C to +80°C and exhibits shrinkage after hardening at the level of approx. 15%. The skin formation time is about 20 minutes (at a temperature of 23°C and a relative humidity of 50%).

Remember to properly prepare the substrate – it should be clean and dry. For highly absorbent surfaces, priming with an acrylic solution in water (1:2 ratio) is recommended. After applying the sealant, the joint can be smoothed with a spatula moistened with water or soapy water before the skin forms.
