Winter Mounting Foam with Genius Gun Applicator

B3 polyurethane foam in a 750 ml canister, low-expansion formula, designed for use at temperatures down to -10°C. Its formulation ensures safe application in winter conditions – ideal for seasonal construction work when standard foams cease to function.

The Genius Gun applicator is a key feature of this product. The Soudal-patented valve enables multiple uses – you can pause work at any time, set the canister aside, and resume an hour, a day, or even a week later without risking nozzle clogging. One-handed application is precise and controlled – no need to hold the trigger continuously, and foam quantity is easily adjustable. This means less waste, fewer excesses, and cleaner installation.

Adhesion to substrates is excellent: wood, PVC, aluminum, concrete, brick, masonry, and even painted surfaces. It does not damage PVC profiles – thanks to the low internal pressure of the foam, it does not deform window or door frames. Ideal for installing joinery, window sills, stair treads, and shutters.

Applications include not only sealing but also thermal and acoustic insulation: filling pipe penetrations between walls and floors, insulating heating, sewage, and cooling installations, as well as gaps in frame constructions. After curing, the foam maintains dimensional stability – it does not settle or crack.

Requires UV protection – after curing, it must be covered (e.g., with plaster or panels), as prolonged sun exposure can degrade it.
