Soudafoam Maxi Express gun foam 123121
Foam that works when others fail
SOUDAFOAM MAXI EXPRESS is a high-performance polyurethane foam designed for application in extreme conditions — at high temperatures and low air humidity. Its formula is engineered to avoid the defects typical of standard foams: it does not shrink after curing, even when the environment is dry and the gap does not provide sufficient moisture. This means no additional layer is required — the application is single-step and final.
The Duravall valve ensures consistent, precise dispensing without spraying or spurting. The product is resistant to overheating and long-term storage at temperatures above 25°C — it retains its performance and structure even if the packaging has been exposed to heat.
The foam has a density of approximately 20 kg/m³ after curing and exhibits excellent adhesion to common construction materials: wood, concrete, brick, ceramic blocks, metal, PVC, polystyrene, and glass. Acoustic insulation is 58 dB (RST,w), and water tightness corresponds to class 9A (PN-EN 12208:2001). Air permeability is below 0.1 m³/h·m (class 4, PN-EN 1026:2001), and shear strength is 30 kPa (PN-EN 12090:2013).
Yield is approximately 65 liters from 1000 ml of foam — one 870 ml bottle is sufficient for several standard installations. Application temperature ranges from -25°C to +30°C, enabling work both in winter and on hot days. The foam cures stably without quality loss, even if ambient temperature changes after application.
The substrate must be clean and thoroughly moistened with water before application — this is a mandatory requirement for proper curing and achieving full performance. Application on dry or porous surfaces without prior moistening is not recommended.
The blowing gas is harmless to the ozone layer. After curing, the foam maintains dimensional stability and thermal resistance from -40°C to +100°C.
