This 16A rotary cam switch, designed for reversing the direction of rotation (L-0-P), is a solid and versatile solution for controlling motors and other electrical devices. Functionality and application

This switch finds wide application in industrial and construction electrical installations where reliable circuit switching is required. The L-0-P reversing switch allows convenient control of motors, e.g. in ventilation systems, pumps or machines. The rated power of 8 kW (for AC-3, 400 V) makes it suitable for operating devices with higher power consumption. Thanks to the screw connection of the main contacts, installation and connection are simple and intuitive.

Construction features and parameters

The device is characterized by three poles and the absence of normally open and normally closed auxiliary contacts. Made of durable plastic, it is resistant to corrosion and mechanical damage. Adapted to work in difficult environmental conditions – from -40°C to +70°C – it meets the requirements of PN-EN 60947-3 and IEC 60947-3 standards. The continuous rated current of 16 A ensures safe operation of the installation. Additionally, high resistance to vibrations, shocks and atmospheric factors (salt mist, humid heat) guarantees long-lasting and trouble-free operation even in demanding industrial conditions. The design with a "0" position increases safety by allowing complete disconnection of the circuit.
