The ST22K3\05-1 control box is a three-hole enclosure that allows for the simultaneous use of two functional buttons and an LED indicator light in a single design. Made of plastic, it provides high mechanical and chemical resistance. The IP65 protection rating guarantees tightness against dust and water jets, allowing for installation even in harsh industrial conditions. Additionally, the design provides double insulation (Class II protection) through the dual insulation of internal components.

Button and signaling system

The box is equipped with a red emergency button (1NC) serving as a STOP or emergency shutdown function. The normally closed (NC) contacts guarantee immediate circuit interruption upon activation. The green emergency button (1NO) is used to start processes or switch on devices - the normally open (NO) contacts close the circuit only after being pressed.

The red LED 230V indicator light provides clear signaling of the operating state or alarm. The LED diode is characterized by a long service life and low power consumption. The 230V voltage supply allows for direct connection to the power grid without additional power supplies.

Operating parameters and compatibility

The device supports a wide range of control voltages: DC 24-220V and AC 230-500V, allowing for use in industrial automation systems and building electrical installations. DC voltage is suitable for industrial automation systems, while AC is suitable for building electrical installations.

The design allows for the mounting of any type of button actuators and indicator light housings powered by 24V or 220V. The M20 metric cable gland allows for the tight entry of cables with diameters corresponding to the metric standard.

The grey housing is aesthetically neutral and integrates well with most industrial installations. The single-position design simplifies installation and minimizes the space occupied in switchboards or control cabinets.
