The RSI-4160\W01 isolator switch is a four-pole device designed for the safe disconnection of electrical circuits. It finds application in both industrial installations and commercial and residential construction, where certainty of power disconnection is required. The device's construction, based on solid knife contacts and effective arc chambers, guarantees high reliability and long service life.

Functionality and application

The device serves as a main and emergency switch, allowing for quick and safe disconnection of power in the event of maintenance work or emergency situations. Designed for operation in circuits with voltages up to 690V AC and up to 220V DC, it meets the requirements of PN-EN 60947-3. Thanks to the possibility of mounting on a plate, it can be easily integrated with the existing electrical infrastructure. The rated continuous current of 160A and the short-circuit capacity of 10kA provide effective protection of the installation against overloads and short circuits.

Construction and characteristic features

The RSI-4160\W01 isolator switch is distinguished by its solid construction and well-thought-out solutions. Made of high-quality materials resistant to environmental conditions, it ensures long-term and trouble-free operation. The drive mechanism with an external knob allows for intuitive operation, and the possibility of locking the knob with a padlock increases the level of safety.
